Highfield Park Earns Top Ratings for Care Services
Llandyrnog, Denbighshire – Highfield Park, which is part of the MHC group and is based within an area of outstanding natural beauty has recently earned top ratings within the social care sector following a series of inspections by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and the National Autistic society.
CIW’s rigorous inspection framework evaluates care providers across several areas such as, Care & Support, Wellbeing, Leadership & Management and Environment.
Each area receives one of four ratings – Excellent, Good, Needs Improvement or Poor. An ‘Excellent’ rating shows that a service consistently goes above and beyond, highlighting a services focus on providing extremely high-quality care.
Of the thirteen services based at Highfield Park in Llandyrnog, North Wales, eight achieved the top rating of ‘Excellent’, with the remaining five receiving a rating of ‘Good’. Some highlights from the inspection reports included “exceptional leadership and management,” praising the “highly creative” and “motivated” staff, as well as the “comprehensive training” offered by the organisation.
All five homes who applied to become an Autism accredited service were all successful.
