We are one of the UK’s top 50 providers of support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, behaviours that challenge and autism.
We provide a culture that empowers the people we work with – both individuals and colleagues – to fulfill their potential.
By working together, we develop pathways for individuals and colleagues that enable them to achieve positive outcomes. Likewise, we work together with families and carers too, so they are always fully involved in their loved one’s care while they are with us.
We work with individuals with learning disabilities using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS).
For individuals with mental health conditions, we adopt a Care Programme Approach (England) and Care and Treatment Planning (Wales) throughout their rehabilitation and recovery.
We empower individuals to make decisions and achieve fulfilling and rewarding lives.
We take the same collaborative approach with staff – and are constantly striving to empower them in their career path.
Our focus is to provide a quality and cost effective service for individuals, while our mission is to create. promote and maintain a positive working relationship with our service commissioners.
